All cancellation need to be made in writing (mail or fax) no cancellation by telephone.
No cancellation for the periods of exceptional event such as GP F1, DTM, 24 HR Auto and 1000 km..
For the cancellation made more than 45 days before the date of arrival, if a deposit was taken on your credit card, the deposit will be refunded less 15 % for expenses of bank and management.
For the cancellation made + 20 days before the date of arrival, 50 % of the total amount of your reservation will be taken on your credit card.
For the cancellation made - 20 days before the date of arrival 100 % of the total amount of your reservation will be taken on your credit card.

For the important reservations, we reserve ourselves the right to ask for the total payment in advance.
In the event of overbooking problem, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse, to cancel or move to another hotel all reservations that would not be paid in advance.

We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it "by mistake" or with wrong dates or information's.
The Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations. We regrets that it cannot make exceptions to the Cancellation Policy for any reason, including personal emergencies.
